Our 24-hour keyholding and alarm response provides peace of mind to businesses, residential properties, commercial retail, educational establishments and leisure amenities.
Working closely with numerous monitoring stations we are promptly informed of any alterations or intruder activity which enables us to deploy a response unit immediately. Our keyholding and alarm response officers are dynamic in their approach, with multiple skill sets and confidence in their ability upon arrival. Our officers have the confidence of our dog section, providing dedicated dog handlers to support our 24-hour alarm response officers.
All of our patrol and response vehicles are fitted with GPS trackers, providing us with continual route data and an audit trail. Any keys and documentation are transported within locked, alarmed and biometric key safes during transit. Each vehicle is fitted with panic alarms and voice connectivity. During extreme weather, our patrol and response services are supported by our dedicated 4×4 vehicles.
We offer a site preservation service in which our officer will remain on site until any damage is repaired and/or the premises is able to be secured again. In the event of discovering property damage, preventing an alarm reset; our response officer will remain onsite until either a keyholder attends or in turn, once approval has been granted we will arrange for an alternative boarding/glazing contractor on the client’s behalf.
Our modern approach to numerous situations requires evidence gathering, to which we use our Body Worn Video Cameras on operations to assist our clients and our SIA officers.
Right Guard Security utilises the Timegate Workforce Management System to capture patrol data and onsite verification.
